Heat Therapy Pillows are handmade microwavable heating pads, made with 100% cotton fabric and filled with organic flaxseed and herbs (herbs are optional). Heat Therapy Pillows take just a few minutes to heat up in the microwave. They are great for aches and pains, stiff neck, shoulders and back, as well as relief of the symptoms fibromyalgia and arthritis, back pain due to pregnancy, and achy knees and hips. These all-natural hot pads are also excellent for pre- warming your bed, or placing on your lap or around your shoulders for that little extra bit of warmth on a chilly day or cold night.

For a sore neck and shoulders, the Body Wrap is my favorite…. What I really love about the Body Wrap is that you can drape it over the shoulders and continue doing whatever you were doing before… working at your computer… reading… watching TV… even folding the laundry…. The Body Wrap molds to your shoulders and the length and weight of it keep it in place.

The Body Wrap hot pack will hold heat for around 40 minutes. Under a blanket or in bed with you, it will retain their heat for hours.

Heating your Body Wrap: You'll need to have a microwave oven with a 10" or larger turtable. (The typical 800 to 1000 watt countertop microwave oven normally has a large enough turtable.) Roll your heating pad- or fold your heating pad into quarters- and place it in your microwave. Your Body Wrap will take about 2 minutes to heat. HOWEVER- it may take more or less time to heat in YOUR microwave depending on the wattage of your microwave oven. I recommend that you "test" your heating pad the first few times you use it by heating it for 1 1/2 minutes, checking the temperature, then - if needed - heating it further in increments of 30 seconds. Your Body Wrap should be very warm- but never so hot that it is uncomfortale to hold. Keep in mind that if you have a low wattage microwave oven, it will take longer to warm up your heating pad.
